Account Executive

Job Summary:

As an Account Executive at Ecliptic Technologies, your primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will be tasked with selling website development services, and our related products or services to area and regional businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferred candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in website development, software, or a related digital services field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, design, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients and industries that can benefit from website development and our related products and services.
  • Generate new leads through cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.

Consultative Sales:

  • Meet with potential clients to understand their specific development needs.
  • Present and explain the company's website development services, marketing services, custom development services, and our software products, emphasizing the value and benefits.
  • Provide insightful recommendations and advice to clients regarding their online presence.

Proposal Preparation:

  • Create detailed proposals and quotations that outline project scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Dev Teams to develop accurate and compelling proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules to ensure mutual agreement.

Account Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Upsell additional services, upgrades, or ongoing support as appropriate.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate with clients to keep them informed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
