Team Lead / Senior Developer

Type : Full-Time

We are looking for a well-rounded, smart .NET(C#) software engineer who is good at solving problems in innovative ways. This role will involve advanced problem solving and coding, system architecture design, team member management, UI/UX design and other tasks. You should have a good understanding of, and practical production experience with web, client and server-side application development using C# and MySQL. Salary negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience with C#, .NET, MySQL, web technologies, system design and system integrations.
• User interface and experience design (UI/UX) abilities is strongly preferred.
• Ability to train, manage, and mentor team members, analyze code for high-quality code delivery
• System architecture and database design experience needed
• Strong knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio

Responsibilities

• Perform database design, system architecture, and other design tasks.
• Design user interface and experiences (UI/UX) with a clean modern look.
• Assign tasks to junior developers, review code, perform other management tasks.
• Design and build web applications, client applications, services and mobile applications.
• Manage project timelines and tasks.
